RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. You will have to notify us through mail if you are willing to return your purchase. Please mail returns@claramae.be and inform us about what you want to return and the reason why. If you return your purchase without notifying us through mail, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund and your return will not be accepted. You have 14 days to make sure we receive your return, please make sure to take busy holiday periods throughout the year into account as shipping times may vary - we make no exceptions (see below: SHIPPING). Note: If you send us your return without mailing us beforehand (as described above), we will have to re-ship the items to you, an additional shipping cost will apply. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate goods, such as swimwear, or any kind of jewelry/accessories.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards 
• Items on sale (automatically applied at checkout or discount code)


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gift wrapping costs will not be refunded.

If a delivery gets refused by you or in case you do not pick it up at the designated parcel shop, the package will be returned to us, the sender. In this case the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@claramae.be.

SALE ITEMS 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned nor be refunded.

EXCHANGES
If you are willing to exchange an item please return your purchase and order the item you are wishing to buy as we do not offer automated exchanges. We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. Please note we are not accountable for defective or damaged items after usage. 

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Clara Mae, Laurierstraat 15, 2600 Berchem, Belgium. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not accountable for lost returns and do not refund lost packages.
